Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

You are entitled to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days and begins from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods. In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us (eszett Handelskontor GmbH, Schlüterstr. 36, 10629 Berlin, Germany, email: info@eszh.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). ) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the cancellation form below which you are welcome to use. In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the declaration before the deadline expires.

Results

All payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred as a result of you choosing a different type of delivery than the cost-effective standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the time we received your declaration of revocation, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. However, we reserve the right to refuse the refund until the goods have been returned by you or until you have provided evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day deadline has expired. You bear the direct costs for returning the goods. You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods other than what was necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in cases of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods (transparent seal (sticker) on the outer packaging) which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene as soon as the seal has been opened after delivery.
